  • The Diamond Approach Asia Retreat, running from November 30 to December 7, 2024, will take place at Horizon Village and Resort in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Conveniently accessible from Chiang Mai International Airport, the resort features a beautiful botanical garden with Northern Thai (Lanna) architecture and serene lakes. Guests can enjoy amenities such as three outdoor swimming pools, a fitness room, bicycles, a petting zoo, and more. The resort provides Lanna-style accommodations and serves home-grown organic food, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.   • To participate in the Diamond Approach Asia Retreat, you must book through Horizon Village using the Accommodation & Meal Package form. This package, payable directly to Horizon Village and Resort, includes:

Accommodation & Meals Package

  • Hotel Accommodation
  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
  • Afternoon Coffee Break
  • Drinking water at the meeting rooms

3. Please note that guests are responsible for any additional incidental charges.
Our hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy. A fee of 2,000 THB will be applied if smoking is detected in the room
  • Horizon Village and Resort is a hotel that provides daily housekeeping and complimentary soaps and shampoos.
  • Shuttle service departs from the hotel to Central Festival Chiang Mai at 10:30 AM and to the Night Bazaar at 6:30 PM. There are only two departures each day, with a limited capacity of 10 seats per day.
  • Shuttle service departs from Anusarn Market at Night Bazaar to the hotel at 9:30 PM, with a limit of 10 seats per day.

  • Airport transfers to Horizon Village are available upon arrival from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Pick-ups outside these hours incur a charge of 1,000 THB per car.
  • Airport drop-offs follow the shuttle service schedule, departing every 2 hours.
  • Departure times from Horizon Village to the airport are 6:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 6:30 PM.
